PROCESS FOR PREPARING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

The method for producing a thermoplastic resin is characterized by adding an aromatic vinyl cpd. and a vinyl-cyanated cpd. to 10-40 wt.% rubber latex (B) of 0.2-0.35 μ average particle diameter to obtain a graft polymer (D) of 60-120 % graft ratio, adding an aromatic vinyl cpd. and a vinyl-cyanated cpd. to 40-80 wt.% rubber latex (A) to obtain a graft polymer (C) of 25- 45 % graft ratio, and mixing the polymers (C,D) to be 90:10 - 50:50 weight ratio of (A) to (B). The resin has a good surface brightness and impact resistance.
