The circuit analyzes vocal signal to adopt for voice perceiving, capturing, editing, displaying and application system using IBM personal computer. It includes a programmable gain controller (20) for controlling the vocal signal from an amplifier (10) to a certain level, a selector (50) for selecting the vocal signal fromthe programmable gain controller (20), a cutoff frequency decider (80) for deciding the cutoff frequency of the filtered signal from a lowpass filter (70), a sampling hold section (90) for converting the vocal signal from the cutoff frequency decider (80) to dispersed signal, and an A/D converter (110).
