The automobile braking apparatus stably manages braking force on an ill-conditioned sloped road to reduce automobile accidents in the case of parking. The braking apparatus comprises parking switch (SW1) equipped on a lever of a hand brake unit; a timer (TM) serially connected with the parking switch (SW1); a battery connected with both ends of the parking switch (SW1) and the timer (TM) via a start switch for supplying DC power; a brake switch (SW2) positioned behind a pedal brake; a relay (R1) parallely connected with both ends of the DC battery; a push button switch (SW3) parallely connected with a-contact (R2-a) of a relay (R2); solenoid valves paralley connected with a-contact of the relay (R1) and b-contact of the relay (R2).
