PURPOSE: An output buffer is to easily perform the test of a semiconductor device and to reduce a time and cost for performing the test. CONSTITUTION: An output buffer comprises a buffer driver(100), an output buffer(200), and an output pad(300). The buffer driver supplies a driving signal to the output buffer, the driving signal having a voltage level contrary to a test enabling signal inputted on testing a semiconductor device. The output buffer includes a PMOS transistor and an NMOS transistor of an opened drain, and outputs an output signal having a desired voltage level in response to the driving signal and the test enabling signal. The PMOS transistor has a current passage formed between the source voltage and the output pad, and a gait controlled by the test enabling signal. The NMOS transistor has a current passage formed between the ground voltage and the output pad, and a gait controlled by the driving signal.
