METHOD FOR RECORDING AND DECIPHERING MEMORY HAVING HIGH RELIABILITY

PURPOSE: A method for recording and deciphering memory having high reliability is provided to ensure normal data with high reliability, by searching exactly the location of an abnormal data and restoring the abnormal data as normal data at the same time. CONSTITUTION: One data is stored as the same data in more than 2 memory addresses(S1,S2). The same data stored in more than 2 memory addresses are read separately when the data are deciphered(S3). Each of the data is compared mutually whether the data are accorded each other(S4). The data are used with normal process if the result of the comparison is the same. The normal data is selected between normal and abnormal data if the result of the comparison is not the same.
