PURPOSE: A noise removing circuit is to correspond to variable frequencies by varying a delay time and controlling pulse width of a noise. CONSTITUTION: A noise removing circuit comprises an input node(IN) with which an input signal is branched into two parts, and a delay circuit(12) receiving the branched signal through the input node, and varying and outputting a delay time. Also, the circuit comprises a NOR gate(11) inputted with an input signal of the input node and an output signal of the delay circuit, and an inverter(13) for converting and outputting an output signal of the NOR gate. The delay circuit is connected to n number of RC circuits made of one register and one capacitor connected with each other in series. A register section(14) is made of a number of registers each connected to the capacitor of the RC circuit.
