PURPOSE: A direction switch over apparatus of noodles transferring stick is provided, which exactly converts a direction of the transferring stick to an angle of the purpose in a dehydrating room. Thus, it makes an effective use of the narrow hydrating room and prevents the noodles from dropping. CONSTITUTION: A direction switch over apparatus comprises a pivot(2) installed in the center of a body(1) projecting up and down, a rotation transfer plate(3) which is formed an insertion transfer groove(301) in the form of radiation and installed at the upper of pivot(2) projected upward from the body(1), a board plate(4) installed at a support(101) which is adhered to the body(1), an operator(6) working by a cylinder(5), a revolving roller(7) which is formed a latch gear(7a) having the same number of grooves as that of the insertion transfer groove(301), an operating section(601) being caught on the latch gear(7a), and a tension belt(8a) wrapping the revolving roller(7) and a supporting stick(8).
