PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination in an organic photoreceptor by a toner even at high temperatures and to obtain a good image by allowing a specified amount of a styrene oligomer to be contained in the toner comprising a binder resin component and a colorant. SOLUTION: A styrene oligomer is contained by <=100 ppm, preferably 90-0.1 ppm in a toner comprising a binder resin component and a colorant. In this range, the toner does not cause contamination in an organic photoreceptor and exhibits flexibility because the low molecular material is included moderately and resistance to film scraping is enhanced. The content of the styrene oligomer is more preferably 60-1 ppm, particularly preferably 50-5 ppm, most preferably 30-10 ppm. In these ranges, the styrene oligomer penetrates into the resin of an organic photoreceptor film in the molecular state, flexibility is exhibited by plasticization and resistance to film scraping is enhanced. |
