PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by decreasing the number of part items, facilitate manufacture, facilitate handling by reducing weight and reduce the maintenance and control cost by decreasing power consumption. SOLUTION: A first group of LEDs 1 are mounted on the lower face of an upper substrate 2 to emit light downward respectively, and a second group of LEDs 1 are mounted on the upper face of a lower substrate 3 arranged below the upper substrate 2 at an interval to emit light upward respectively. A reflection light distribution controller 5 is provided between the upper substrate 2 and the lower substrate 3. The reflection light distribution controller 5 reflects at least most of the light emitted from the first group of LEDs 1 of the upper substrate 2 and at least most of the light emitted from the second group of LEDs 1 of the lower substrate 3, and controls the vertical light distribution of the light emitted from the first group and second group of LEDs 1 and sent to the outside via a globe 4 as desired. |
