PURPOSE: A fuel combustion method and system is provided to improve heat efficiency and reduce fuel consumption by burning oil together with water. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a water vapor generating device(10) mounted within a reservoir and which generate water vapor, an oil vapor generating device(20) mounted within an oil storage container and which generates oil vapor, and an air mixture guide device(40) having one end communicated to the water storage container and the oil storage container, respectively, and the other end communicated with a combustion device(30). The air mixture guide device mixes at a predetermined ratio the oil vapor and the water vapor generated from each of the containers, and transmits the mixture to the combustion device. The water vapor generating device and the oil vapor generating device are provided with a first vibration generator(11) and a second vibration generator(21) having a vibration plate for generating vibration of a specific frequency, respectively, so as to produce water or oil vapor of fine particle from the water or oil contained in the container.
