METHOD FOR PRODUCING DISTILLED LIQUOR HAVING GREEN TEA AND CYCLODEXTRINE

PURPOSE: A method for producing distilled liquor having green tea and cyclodextrine adding green tea for removing the smell of alcohol and cyclodextrine for removing bad taste, is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing distilled liquor having green tea and cyclodextrine is characterized by being comprised of: making an extract from green tea; removing polyphenol and color from the extracted one; deodorizing the original alcohol; mixing green tea extract and cyclodextrine after controlling the concentration by adding water into the alcohol; and ripening the mixture with ultrasound.
