PURPOSE: A DTU(Data Terminal Unit) is provided to connect a wireless modem of a TRS(Trunked Radio System) terminal with a personal computer, so that a control center of the TRS terminal can control service assignments, distributions, and perform control to increase control efficiency in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A constant voltage circuit(31) regularly maintains a voltage incoming from a wireless modem(20). A COM1 port communicator(34) converts a signal received from a COM1 port(71) of a computer(70) into a signal appropriate for the wireless modem(20), and receives the converted signal. A COM2 port communicator(35) receives the signal received from the wireless modem(20) to a COM2 port(72) of the computer(70). A voice transmitter(33) amplifies a signal inputted from a microphone(60), and transmits the amplified signal to the wireless modem(20). A data terminal unit(30) has a voice receiver(32) for receiving the signal received from the voice transmitter(33) to an exterior through the wireless modem(20).
