PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform back-up processing and resetting processing when a power voltage is dropped. SOLUTION: An AC power source monitoring circuit 84 is provided in the power source substrate 80, e.g. of a game machine provided with a main control substrate 100 for controlling a game, at least one sub control substrate 200 for operating the game under the control of the substrate 100 and a power source substrate 80 for supplying DC driving voltage respectively to the substrates 100 and 200. This circuit 84 monitors at least the falling of a main power source 70 being an AC power source 80 from an external power source. When the voltage or the current of the power source 70 becomes equal to or lower than a prescribed value from the side of a high level, the circuit 84 outputs a voltage dropping signal 84a to make a prescribed substrate among the substrates 100 and 200 perform prescribed processing. Since the AC power source is monitored, abnormality in the power source can be detected earlier than the case of monitoring a DC driving power source voltage.
