PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mat for bedquilt which has a good air permeability and a body supporting property that provides the mat with a bedstore preventing function, and which is light-weight and is handled easily because the mat can be stowed in a small volume when not in use, and which is simple-structured and can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: Each of two sheets 2a and 2b having no air permeability is formed with through holes 22 of a diameter 3-10 cm at an interval L of 3-20 cm nearly all over the entire surface. The peripheries of the two sheets and the peripheries of the through holes 22 of the two sheets are bonded to each other, forming air rooms R between the two sheets 2a and 2b. When the air rooms R are filled with air, the height H of each air room R becomes larger as getting away from the through holes 22.
