PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal adopting the CDMA system that suppresses spurious radiation generated from a liquid crystal display element so as to ensure the communication quality. SOLUTION: A magnetic sheet made of flat shaped soft magnetic powder and a binder with a thickness of 0.2 mm or less whose initial magnetic permeability is 30 or over and having an electromagnetic interference suppression function is adhered to a rear side of the liquid crystal display element. In order to ensure the required initial magnetic permeability, distortion attended with the magnetic powder made flat is eliminated and the flat direction of the soft magnetic powder is oriented in the sheet plane.
