PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the user of a radiotelephone terminal to use the terminal without giving any harmful influence to medical appliances, such as the cardiac pacemaker, without using any radio wave regulating signal in a low-powered area. SOLUTION: The radiotelephone terminal is provided with a hospital/electric car mode setting section 32 for properly using a first output mode in which normal transmission power is outputted for making communication, a second output mode in which preset suppressed transmission power that does not give harmful influences to the medical appliances, and a third output mode in which no transmission power is outputted and the section 32 sets the output modes by means of a function setting button 31. A transmission power suppressing information receiving section 41 instructs a transmission power control section 12 to output prescribed transmission power in accordance with the mode set by means of the setting section 32. An incoming call history registering section 43 stores the number of the caller of an incoming call and the incoming time of the call when the section 43 detects the incoming call while the setting section 32 is set to the second or third output mode.
