PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device, in which a deformation of cavities is reduced and a maintenance and inspection of chambers are facilitated. SOLUTION: A laser device is provided with a rail, which is installed approximately vertical to an optical axis of a cavity as a means of taking out a laser chamber from a laser box for moving, and to which a laser chamber is mounted, a movable cart, and a moving rail which is fixed to the cart, and has approximately the same height and same width as those in the rail. The laser device further comprises a coupling means for making the rail couple with the moving rail.
