PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finely dividing teatment apparatus for PET bottles, beverage cans, or the like, constituted so as to efficiently perform finely dividing treatment in a short operation time. SOLUTION: In the finely dividing treatment apparatus for receiving PET bottles, aluminum beverage cans, or the like, to crush and grind them before discharging them, a plurality of rotary blades 11 rotated in an apparatus body housing 5 and fixed blades 13 arranged in opposed relation thereto are provided and the apparatus body housing 5 is rotationally driven as a whole. The rotation of the rotary blades 11 and/or the apparatus body housing 5 is performed by a fluid driving system and the fluid used in the rotation is accompanied by pulsation waves.
