PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riveting device in which an angle between a head and a grip is adjustable according to a situation and a fastening tool gripping means is replaceable according to the difference of kinds of fastening tools. SOLUTION: The riveting device is constituted of: a first sleeve 13 having a horizontal through-hole axially passing through the inside and coupled to a joint to connect a fastening tool 18 for different kinds of fastening tools detachably with the horizontal through-hole; the head provided with a second sleeve 14 in which the first sleeve 13 is inserted; the grip 40 which, via a coupling sleeve having a hydraulic tube 64 inserted therein, is rotatably coupled to the head with the coupling sleeve as a rotating shaft; a trigger 48 provided on an outer side of the grip 40; and a pressure chamber 70 which is provided in a lower part of the grip 40 and includes inside a first piston 72 to interlock with the trigger.
