PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spouting pump having a push-down head 6 with a body 17 attached thereto so as to be relatively and vertically movable to a stem 5 and to be pushed down via a fitting cylindrical member 16 attached to an upper end of the stem 5 protruded in a push-in manner in an upwardly urging state from a fitting cap 3 fitted to a neck part 2 which is excellent in draining properties after the liquid is spouted, free from liquid stuffing in the head, easy in push down when spouting the liquid, and capable of efficiently spouting the stored liquid. SOLUTION: A lower end part of a guide cylinder 23 of the fitting cylindrical member 16 is hanged in a push-down manner outside the guide wall 12 erected on the fitting cap 3, and connected at a predetermined position between the guide wall 12 and the guide cylinder 23 in a vertically movable and non-turnable manner.
