PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a branched polyolefin having excellent physical properties. SOLUTION: This branched polyolefin is composed of (A) a main chain having a molecular weight (Mw) of 30,000-2,000,000 and (B) a side chain having a molecular weight of 500-10,000. It is a crystalline polymer having a melting point and produced by polymerizing (C) a low-molecular ethylenic copolymer having an unsaturated bond at one terminal with at least one kind of olefin selected from ethylene and 3-6Cα-olefins. The low-molecular ethylenic copolymer C is an amorphous polymer free from melting point and produced by polymerizing ethylene and a 3-10Cα-olefin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
