PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device which does not need a special purpose oil supply unit for supplying lubricating oil while aiming at lubricating and cooling, which can reduce the cost of a supplementary facility, and which does not introduce a complexity of a structure by a lubricating oil supply system. SOLUTION: The lubricating device of a rolling bearing discharges and lubricates each minute amount of the lubricating oil from a lubricating oil introducing member 31 in the rolling bearing 1. A part of discharging cooling oil of a cooling oil supply unit 34 for supplying cooling oil to a cooling oil circulating passage 29 provided in the bearing case 26 is introduced as the lubricating oil for discharging to the lubricating oil introducing member 31 by a lubricating oil supply circuit 37. This lubricating oil supply circuit 37 is branched from the cooling oil supply circuit 35 for supplying the cooling oil to the cooling coil circulating passage 29 of the bering case 26 from the cooling oil supply unit 34.
