PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly display a raw data measured by scanning and a function computed data as a feature amount data to conduct absolute evaluation not affected by differences in places of origin, kinds or the like. SOLUTION: A display condition on an LCD monitor 8A is confirmed visually by an inspection person to determine quality of each of determination items. The feature amount data are the raw data and the function computed data defined univalently based on a photometric data, and a character message is only a comparison result with a national average, to eliminate a difference caused by determining the quality automatically according to a level of a threshold value. The quality is determined thereby depending on the inspection person, and the quality determination of high precision is possible resultingly, by judging visually the character message for the comparison with an accurate data and the national average by the inspection person knowing well the differences in the places of origin and the kinds of grains.
