PURPOSE: A method of making functional pizza dough by mixing edible dried yeast, wheat flour, calcium carbonate, vitamin E, DL-methionine and Flammulina velutipes extract is provided. The product is nutritionally balanced and effective in maintaining good health. CONSTITUTION: To make functional pizza dough, 200 to 300g dried yeast powder is mixed with 1kg wheat flour and frying powder, kneaded with 350L Flammulina velutipes extract and aged at room temperature or low temperature. The dried yeast powder comprises 96.75% by weight of edible dried yeast, 2.4% by weight of calcium carbonate, 0.5% by weight of vitamin E and 0.33% by weight of DL-methionine. |
