PROCESSING APPARATUS FOR WASH-FREE RICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing apparatus for wash-free rice, by which a large quantity of polished rice can be finished off in a short time as wash-free rice and which is made hygienic and practical. SOLUTION: This processing apparatus 500 for wash-free rice is provided with a sheet-shaped adsorbing means 800 which is brought into contact with the polished rice to adsorb the object to be stuck to the surface of the polished rice and is moved to the predetermined direction and a rice forwarding means 508 for moving the polished rice while pressing the polished rice to the adsorbing means 800. Two or more pairs of the means 800 and 508 can be arranged in this apparatus 500. A nonwoven fabric can be used as the adsorbing means 800. The surface of the nonwoven fabric is declined by the predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal direction and the nonwoven fabric is moved obliquely upward from below. It is preferable that two pairs of the nonwoven fabrics and the rice forwarding means 508 are arranged vertically and the surface of the lower nonwoven fabric opposed to the lower means 508 is made opposite to the surface of the upper nonwoven fabric opposed to the upper means 508.
