<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make circulation of counterfeits impossible to realize secure commercial transactions. <P>SOLUTION: An article name and quantity or the amount of money and an ID are registered in a database of a computer with respect to an article or a tradable coupon, and the ID and the article name and quantity or the ID and the amount of money are inquired about through a communication network in a circulation stage to guarantee genuineness of the article.
