<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device of a hybrid vehicle which can continuously display information on a desired power source and enable reduction in size and cost and further arrange a display part in an easily seen position. <P>SOLUTION: This device is a display device for the hybrid vehicle equipped with an engine and a motor as a power source for driving the vehicle. The device has a common display part 12 to display an engine rotation rate or a motor output, an automatic switching display mode to automatically switch and display the engine rotation rate or the motor output in accordance with the switching of the power source, a fixed display mode of the engine rotation rate to display the engine rotation rate fixedly, a display mode selection means 38 to select one desired display mode from motor output fixed display modes for displaying the motor output fixedly, and a display control means 31 which controls the selection of the display mode by the display mode selection means 38 and controls the display of the engine rotation rate or the motor output for the display part 12 based on the selected display mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
