LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a pixel suitable for constant-current drive in an active matrix EL display device.

SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes a first switch, connecting one end to a source signal line and connecting the other end to a current/voltage conversion element; a second switch connecting one end to the current/voltage conversion element and connecting the other end to a voltage holding means and a voltage/current conversion element; a pixel electrode connected to the current/voltage conversion element and the voltage/current conversion element; and a third switch connecting one end to the pixel electrode and connecting the other end to a power source line.
