<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for inhibiting a phenomenon, such as sticking, in a process for producing a calcium L-threonate preparation without using an organic acid metal salt. <P>SOLUTION: This oral administration composition containing calcium L-threonate is characterized by containing crystalline cellulose and guar gum and/or gelatin. The oral administration composition is preferably a food, more preferably a specified health food for preventing osteoporosis or preventing aggravation. It is preferable that an organic acid metal salt except the calcium L-threonate is substantially not contained.
