<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising rewritable card which indicates thereon rewritably an advertisement of an enterprise other than a store issuing the card and reduces the burden of the cost for a medium, device and system by collecting advertising cost, and reading-writing device. <P>SOLUTION: The advertising rewritable card has a magnetic recording layer and a rewritable type recording layer indicating visible information, and the card has on the rewritable type recording layer an information indicating space wherein one or more items of information identical with those of the information recorded on the magnetic recording layer and an advertisement indicating space wherein the advertisement of a company or the enterprise different from a card issuer is indicated.
