<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further expand the limit of waste disposal throughput in a cement burning apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The cement burning apparatus 1 comprises a preheating furnace 6 and/or a drying furnace to which combustion gas is supplied for preheating and/or drying waste W, wherein the combustion gas is extracted from an exhaust gas passage extending from an outlet duct of a calcination furnace 4 of a cement kiln to a preheater outlet duct. The temperature and the amount of exhaust gas from a preheater 3 are decreased, which increases the amount of air required for cement burning or waste treatment and expands the limit of waste disposal throughput. Moreover, heat efficiency is improved by inhibiting temperature decrease at a chimney part caused by the waste. The apparatus preferably comprises: a waste supply route extending from the preheating furnace 6 and/or the drying furnace to the chimney part 5 of the cement kiln 2; and a second exhaust gas passage 8 for returning the exhaust gas from the preheating furnace 6 and/or the drying furnace to the exhaust gas passage extending from an outlet duct of a lowermost cyclone 3A to the preheater outlet duct. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
