A receiving container for culture medium is provided to easily inject a subject to be cultured in a bottle by exposing an airtight cork through opening of a cap cover without separating of a cap, and easily open and re-couple the cap cover, thereby improving working efficiency. The receiving container for culture medium comprises a bottle(100) receiving a culture medium, an airtight cork(200) closing up an opening of the bottle(110) and having a concave groove(210) on an upper side thereof to reduce the perforation distance of a syringe, a cap body(310) having an opening portion, which exposes at least one portion of the airtight cork at an upper portion thereof, a cap cover(320) covering an upper side of the cap body, a body-cover connection portion(330) connecting the cap body and the cap cover, and a cap(300) covering the opening of the bottle and the airtight cork.
