PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adjustable optical apparatus that is simply constituted, suitable for mass production, and having a large adjustable area. SOLUTION: The optical apparatus has an optical element holder 2 adjustable relative to an axis A and for firmly connecting at least two optical elements. The optical element holder 2 includes two partial holders 5a and 5b separately holding the optical elements. The two partial carriers 5a and 5b are connected with each other using three flexible connecting units 6 that are separated from one another in plane and are axially oblong. The connecting units 6 are fixed in respective connecting openings 8 in an axially adjustable and frictionally-force fit manner.
