PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caution apparatus that monitors a monitored person's behavior while changing the monitoring area dynamically. SOLUTION: The caution apparatus 100 includes an area storage part 103 for storing a dynamic area file 103c defining an area representing a behavior range changed dynamically with area parameters, an area changing part 109 for, when acquiring an area parameter, changing the area for the apparatus defined by the dynamic area file 103c in the area storage part 103 according to the area parameter, a position information acquisition part 104 for acquiring position information about the apparatus, an area determination part 105 for determining whether the position represented by the position information is within the area by the dynamic area file 103c changed by the area changing part 109, and a caution part 106 for alerting the user if the area determination part 105 determines that the user is out of the area.
