REFRIGERATOR DISPENSER AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING THE SAME

A refrigerator dispenser and a refrigerator having the same are provided to check freshness of water in advance for replenishing fresh water automatically or manually. A refrigerator dispenser includes a water tank(10) for storing water in a refrigerator, and a freshness detecting element mounted in the water tank for measuring total solids dissolved into the water. The freshness detecting element is a TDS(Total Dissolved Solids) sensor(20) contacting the water. A control part is connected to the freshness detecting element and an alarm part(30) indicates freshness of the water under the control of the control part.
