A measurement system of a flexible printed circuit board having a pin driver is provided to reduce an inspection cost by inspecting various kinds of flexible printed circuit boards without exchanging an inspection apparatus. A user control unit includes a panel interface and a display interface. A pin driver includes a plurality of relays connected to pins of a flexible printed circuit board and an FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array) or a CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device) for controlling the relays, in order to inspect electronic components mounted on the flexible printed circuit board. A power driver controls power to be supplied to the pin driver. An algorithm selection unit(300) selects an inspection algorithm for inspecting the electronic components mounted on the flexible printed circuit board. A memory stores information received from the user control unit according to kinds of electronic components. A driver control unit includes the pin driver, the algorithm selection unit, and a micro-controller unit. A measurement system inspects electrical characteristics or electrical connecting states between the electronic components. |
