A system and a method for withdrawing money on deposit of an online account and a recording medium for the same are provided to withdraw the money on deposit of the online account through the CD/ATM(Cash Dispenser/Automatic Teller Machine) as offline by applying a rechargeable prepaid card concept to the online account and interconnecting the online account with a specified client card. An online account having a rechargeable prepaid card attribute is opened to at least one member by interconnecting with a specified financial corporation server in a specified web server. The online account information and card information of a member are stored in a specified storage medium(930). If the card is identified on a predetermined financial terminal device, the card information is transmitted to a financial corporation server. The financial corporation server confirms the online account information to be transmitted to the financial terminal device. The financial terminal device transmits the online account information for demanding defrayment and defrayment request information to the financial corporation server. The financial corporation server confirms the effectiveness about the defrayment request transaction. If the effectiveness is certified, the financial corporation server defrays the defrayment request amount from a rechargeable prepaid card corresponding to the online account by balancing by converting the defrayment request amount into use amount of the prepaid card. The financial corporation server creates defrayment transaction response information using the prepaid card by converting the financial terminal device into a consumer of the prepaid card. The financial corporation server transmits the defrayment transaction response information to the financial terminal device.
