<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate fatigue of a worker, to attain efficiency of operation, and to reduce the risk of dropping a notebook PC by working with the PC hanging from the shoulder and, in instrumentation, to provide an environment saving the number of workers from three to two by setting a PC installation stand on transit side to thereby enable a transit viewing person to operate a PC as it is. <P>SOLUTION: The notebook PC installation stand 2 is fixed on a tripod 1 using a bolt 3 and nut 4.
