PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking film substrate having a chemical-resistant property (for example, a gasoline-resistant property) and sufficient sticking workability at an environment temperature. SOLUTION: The marking film substrate containing polyurethane obtained from a mixture containing (i) 100 pts.mass of polyol having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -15°C-15°C, (ii) 10-60 pts.mass of second polyol having a glass transition temperature (Tg) higher than the first polyol and having the glass transition temperature (Tg) of 10°C-30°C, and (iii) polyisocyanate.
