A lighting device for a booth is provided, which improves durability by securing an area for the heat exchange with atmosphere and prevents valuable exhibit changes in quality by temperature rising. A lighting device for a booth comprises: a lamp housing(10) which receives a lamp(13); a lens housing(20) which is connected to the receiving part of the lamp housing and irradiates the light of a lamp through a lens; a case(30) in which a screw part(32) and a flange part(33) are formed; a plate spring(50) of the disk shape in which contact pieces are protectively formed toward the inside; and a heat radiation fin(60) discharging heat of the lamp.
