An electronic device cooling apparatus is provided to improve the whole cooling efficiency by moving the air inhaled in center without leakage to edge. An electronic device cooling apparatus comprises a cooling fan(100), a heat spreader(300), and a heat radiation fin(200). The heat spreader has the sheet form. The heat spreader is contacted to the top of the electronic component. The heat spreader disperses the inhaled heat of the electronic component into the edge. The heat radiation fin is installed at the upper edge of the heat spreader. The cooling fan is wrapped up by with the heat radiation fin. The cooling fan inhales the air at the center. The inhaled air compulsorily is blown from the cooling fan to the edge side.
