An eco-friendly accessfloor is provided to give no fatal damage in the human body by ejecting toxic gas, to have an excellent fire-resistance efficiency and to prevent breeding of all kinds of mold or bacteria using natural inorganic element. An eco- friendly accessfloor includes one selected from a group consisting of magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride and perlite powder. A mixture is inserted by making a hole in a processed floor material steel plate and maintaining pressure uniformly using a high pressure jetting unit. Firstly, a floor material is dried for 12 hours in order to exhausting moisture in the accessfloor and secondly is dried for 12 hours in a drying room of 30°C-50°C.
