PURPOSE: A composition for remediating contaminated soil and soil remediation technique using the same are provided to purify and restore the contaminated soil by oil or hydrophobic solvents, and to enhance the decomposition efficiency of microorganism. CONSTITUTION: The remediation technique for remediating contaminated soil includes the following steps of: using 0.0001~70.0 weight% of potassium monopersulfate(triple salt) based on 100 parts by weight of soil to restore the contaminated soil with an oil treatment reagent and a non-degradable organic material; using kinds of the peroxides and an oxidizer on the contaminated soil; and increasing the reactivity of the soil with a catalyst. The potassium monopersulfate includes 20 ~ 40 weight% of potassium sulfate(K2SO4), 15~30 weight% of potassium hydrogensulfate(KHSO4) and 35~47 weight% of potassium monopersulfate(KHSO5). |
