PURPOSE:To provide an electric circuit device which is normally operated even when a ground terminal of one internal circuit is cut off out of the circuit to become an open state and can inform it to the exterior. CONSTITUTION:The electric circuit device comprises circuits 202, 105 for detecting the fact that one GND 1 of ground terminals is cut off in the exterior to become an open state and connecting the terminal GND1 to other ground terminal GND2 to inhibit a rise of its potential. The device further comprises a terminal 104 for outputting a predetermined signal to the exterior if one GND 1 of the ground terminals is cut off in the exterior to become an open state. The device further comprises a control circuit 201b for setting an internal circuit 102 connected to the terminal GND1 to a nonoperating state if one GND1 of the ground terminals is cut off in the exterior to become an open state. |
