<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar lens which is stationary regardless of positions of the sun, condenses sunbeams in a predetermined range and is made compact. <P>SOLUTION: The conical solar lens is formed of a transparent material. The solar lens is formed by connecting conical cut faces of conical cylinder cut in an axial direction and winding them spirally. The sunbeams made incident from light incidence faces are totally reflected repeatedly on the wall surfaces of the conical cylinder, and the sunbeams are condensed on the light exiting faces of the tip of the lens. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
