The present invention relates to an universal hole center marker. The purpose of the present invention is to configure a structure on which a punch (4) is fixated on a walk rod (2) by coupling a compass-type support member (20) to a sleeve (6) so as to allow the punch (4) to perform a marking operation stably and improve an operation comfort of the punch (4). Accordingly, the present invention comprises: the cylindrical sleeve (6); a guide (8) extending integrally from a front end unit of the sleeve (6) and having a passage with a diameter smaller than that of the sleeve (6); a holding rod (10) coupled to the inside the sleeve (6) to be able to move forward and backward and having a head (12) protruding outward from a rear portion thereof; a market (18) extending integrally from a front end unit of the holding rod (10) and entering a guide (8) to leave a marking with respect to the walk rod (2); and the support member (20) coupled to the sleeve (6) to serve as a fixer to allow the marker (18) to perform a marking operation at an end surface of the walk rod (2).
