PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional code capable of holding secrecy of data recorded to a three-dimensional code, and allowing a data receiver to read the data by only provision of the three-dimensional code by a data offerer.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional code 1 is formed into a rectangular shape, and comprises on its upper part, a reading method recording part 11, and a storage data recording part 12 on its lower part. The reading method recording part 11 and the storage data recording part 12 are formed of a light transmissive material.
