The part (1) has a fixing plate (3A) fixed on supports at a lower end (2A) of a central stem (2). A support element (4) receives an electric cable at an upper end (2B) of the central stem. The support element includes a cable holder plate (5), which includes an upper face of a round shape (6) and of a concave type. The upper face receives the cable and has holder directions, which are defined along the round shape. A collar passage opening (8) is provided between the central stem and the support element. Longitudinal ribs (13) are uniformly distributed around a periphery of the central stem.
