The present invention relates to a plate type chromatography apparatus including a plate type chromatography column, a detecting unit, and a printing unit. A plate type chromatography apparatus according to the present invention is capable of improving separation resolution of a chromatography by preventing a flow rate difference from being generated between a central part and a side surface part of a column and forming a symmetrical inclined plane around a vertical axis on one side surface or both side surfaces of a distributing unit and a collecting unit, thereby constantly maintaining a fluid moving distance, and has a function that the plate type chromatography apparatus is capable of recording or storing detection amounts of control and samples by including a detecting unit comprising a UV sensor unit, a pH sensor unit, a conductivity sensor unit, and a correcting sensor unit which corrects values sensed by an external angle sensor unit.
