According to an embodiment of the present invention, a tunnel construction method using a segment assembly for a tunnel with a bidirectional male socket module comprises: a segment having a path penetrating through a central part of an arc-shaped body along a circumferential direction of the tunnel in a longitudinal direction of the tunnel, first and second longitudinal joint surfaces, and first and second embedded grooves formed on the first and second joint surfaces on both ends of the path; a steel wire piece inserted into the path; a female member installed in the first embedded groove of the first longitudinal joint surface; and a bidirectional male socket module installed in the second embedded groove of the longitudinal second joint surface. The bidirectional male socket module comprises: a female embedded member embedded in the second embedded groove, having a wedge seating unit forming a first through-hole connected to the path in an inner part of one end; a protruding middle connection member screw-coupled with an other end of the female embedded member; and a conical member screw-coupled with the protruding middle connection member, having a second through-hole connected to the path. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the tunnel construction method using the segment assembly for the tunnel with the bidirectional male socket module capable of preventing an eccentric load from being applied on the joint surfaces. |
